Been building the frame for awhile, and finally am making a little progress. MarkX is working on the chop and filling the roof. 1 2 3 4
theres something about that chassis that really turns my crank. i cant wait to see this thing finished
Looking good. I just talked with my brother in BR and he said you'd been in and had some bias-plys mounted up. Keep it up, Ben
excellent - it most certainly takes time...but it's ALWAYS worth it....love that chop job. "maintain thy airspeed, lest the ground rise up to smite thee"
Yeah, I think your brother is working at a stand up place, will be doing business with them more often. When you headed this way?
Must of missed this post during the last 2 weeks away from the computer. Looking mighty fine. That frame is really looking good. That car has really made a change since I delivered. Keep up the great work. That wheel/ tire combo really looks nice. Stopped by and seen the Chop MarkX is doing. He is doing a great job and he has some cool ideas for the roof insert. Cant wait to see it done.
Killer sedan! Hopefully you'll have it together and on the road to outrun some hurricanes by the time that part of the year rolls around!!! What are you going to do for power? And would there be any pics of that "A" body thats sitting in front of yours floating around?
Looking very good. I hope its in your plans to add some K type members into that frame to keep it from flexing and parallelograming. I have built a few A frames, and they are a much more stable platform with a bit of additional internal bracing.
It definatly will....I plan on adding it after I get the motor / trans positioned in there correctly....Not alot of extra room in there.
Great job Sheepdog. Glad to find someone else in BR that is into great cars. Hope to meet you some day. Mike.. http://www.rousecustomfabrication.com
Awesome work man, I love the frame. How long did it take you make it, what all goes into it. I kinda was thinking about building my own as well. Keep us updated man. Pat
