Hot Rods TROG build

Is this the right place to start a build on a TROG racer? If not set me straight! Tom

 

I'd say it's a pretty good place but study the **** out of their list of rules and then print them out poster size and hang them on the shop wall as a reminder. It's their ball game and we have to play by their rules.

 

And you are quickly running out of time. So get going!

Jalopy Joker -- Ya hope to have it ready for 2017. It should be a fun project. Plan is to run an A ch***is with a build A motor (75-85 HP), early front and rear end with a T roadster body. Just getting started so pictures will be forthcoming.

dreracecar -- Great looking project. Where are you located in southern, ca? Do you own a race shop and have a NE-1 dragster?

 

Still on the hunt for a 1940-48 side shift ford trans to get the gears from. Hope to find one in the
Southern CA area. PM me if you know of one for sale.

 

Found a trans over in Santa Clarita, CA out of a 46 Ford Coupe, pick it up Saturday.
