Not to much has progressed on the tub recently, but did get some shocks from the Elmer's[emoji2]

Been working on the spare frame some. I got rid of the mor drop axle and put a Dago under it so it matches the tub. Absolutely love the way a dago axle looks. Did up some different headlight stands using a 32 bar. The other ones I just couldn't decide if I like. I really like the way they turned out. Put on the old wires that I had on the old fordor[emoji2]

Thanks cactus1. Went through a rough patch with my daughters health and just about let it go. Thank god for the Elmer shocks! They brought me back to the light[emoji106]

That baby Hemi solves all problems; you get "the look" without extra weight. Gonna be so neat.

 

Do you have contact for Elmer's? Your project is *****in!

 

A friend gave me a crash co**** on using an English wheel a while back, and I finally got to try it out on my own this weekend.
Really happy with how it turned out. Just need to weld it in[emoji106]

Sick kids put everything else on hold. I hope she doing well.

 

I wish I could say yes she is, but she is our personal little angel now. I was so down after she p***ed that I wanted to get rid of everything. Deep down I know she would have wanted to go for rides in the tub if she was able to, so just knowing that, I decided it should stay and that we should use it to make future memories.

 

So sad about you're little girl. You seem to have the right at***ude, I'm sure that is what she would want.

I know how you feel. My daughter was diagnosed with a brain stem Glanoma when she was ten and p***ed a year later. It was 29 years on Sept. 22 and I think about her every day. You just take lt one day at a time. I had the same feelings that you did but I stopped working on mine, wife was a basket case for about 3 years. Have a son 2 years younger and had to stay strong for them. Stayed busy with work and finish your car.

 

Been following this thread and enjoying your build. I am sorry for your lose.

 

Oh my, that's terrible news. I am so sorry for your loss! Don't be afraid to reach out if you need anything!

 

I am so sorry for you with this sad news about your little girl. The p***ing of family is a real difficult situation to deal with. I know you will have good memories of her when the hurt lightens up! Take it one day at a time!

 

Losing a child is horrible and the loss inside never ends, believe me I know My son Scott p***ed Oct'13 and I think of him always, he & I had a love of cars. People & family will help you through, god holds them all now in his hands in a very special place, be strong. Prayers to you.
