Starting with the Friday roll in at the parking lot at the beach. Here are some of My photos from TROG WEST at Pismo/Grover beach When we rolled in there was a meeting of the minds over by a nifty little A roadster.
Thanks for the pics. I'm living vicariously through all those who are there Sent from my iPad using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Nice! Went to TROG east for the first time this year. Anxious to see how TROG west turns out! Thanks for sharing Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
The link to my album is here http://s173.photobucket.com/user/mr48chev/library/2016 TROG PISMO BEACH?sort=2&page=1 There are more photos there. I'll keep adding to it tomorrow and Sunday but Sunday's may not get done for a couple of days after that because we may have sketchy internet up the road.
Thanks for the pics! Good to see most of the Colorado gang out there, including the resurrection of the Kenz & Leslie "Odd Rod" by Nicks Garage - Mike Nicholas and his gang of overworked wrenching & painting heroes. Wish I could have made it out myself. Hoping my Dad and brother can check it out (they're just down the road a bit).
You forgot to mention that credit should go to Dwayne Helms of Denver. He owns the copy of the Kenz and Leslie pickup and uses some parts off the original car.He was collecting parts to build that for years.
We got here yesterday afternoon and spent the evening at the North Beach Campground where they had all the entered cars and bikes, plus some vintage RV's. I took a bunch of pics with my phone, but it's way too combersome to upload them from it. The level of cars entered is unbelievable, far better than I was expecting. Overhead valve bangers everywhere, even overhead cams, double overhead cams. How about a fenderless 32 Packard roadster w/ straight 8? A's, T's, Dueces, 33/34's everywhere you look. Single seat speedsters. I'm in heaven. Time now to get some breakfast and go try to find some place to park.
