lookie what i ran across yesterday down in tombstone!

well while i was down in Tombstone Arizona, confirming and locking in our locations and entertainment for the SOUTHWEST TOMBSTONE RUN, i decided to rattle the cage of a buddy down that way and see what new things he has come across and maybe some of the **** he has never shown me...lol...

heres some stuff we checked out and a couple of cars he has/had for sale...



this firedome hemi, came straight out of a survivor model A circa1950sumptin

 

sell me three carb scoops, LOL

 

desoto for 1000 bucks was very complete car actually, besides the bent front bumper

 

53 pontiac wagon perfect running condition.....sold (i bought it 2500)

 

desoto looks pretty clean. odd to see the merc grill in it. lol

hey jason, its a 54 pontiac! cuz of the grille. got one in my truck!

 

im sorry my friend its a 53, im looking at the ***le right now

he wont part it cuz its got a low mileage running hemi in it, so if you want the grill i can buy the whole car and just send ya the grill...lol

 

Car's that didn't sell did get re***led sometimes, so I have come across ***les that were a year off.

It possible that it's a '53 with a '54 doghouse. Can't see much in the picture.

I'll be in Tombstone tomorrow (Sat.) ******ing our French friends around the southwestern desert. Where is all this tin? Last December when I was there last, all I saw was other tourists and some creepy looking mannequins....

 

I was there a few years back, and there was old tin everywhere. A guy that owned the little mexican restaurant that is (was?) on the left as you just get into town, had just bought a running 50's something chevy truck for $500!

 

yeah he has quite a bit tucked away over there actually

 

always good to see another wagon makes its way back on the road..
