Folks Of Interest Drag Racer Magazine, January 2000 issue .... ?

I need a copy of this magazine (guaranteed return to the lender) or a PDF via email of an article that appeared in that issue. The article covered the history of the California-based "Sour Sisters" racing team of Safford, Gaide & Ratican; and in particular their Old-powered 1963 Top Fuel Dragster (see photo). Driver Kenny Safford re-created the car to its original configuration. I am valuing the car for his widow. The information contained in that article will really fill-in gaps created by the p***age of time (read that as old guy forgetfulness). Can you help?
