STP is the only real additive I've found that will solve those problems it sure quiets down the noisy valve in my Flathead. Rod 51F1
Seized up the iron duke outside Reno, poured a couple quarts of MMO in the crankcase...by the time I got to Barstow the duke had morfed into a blown 454!! Wait that's not completely true....it was Riverside!
Marvel Mystery Oil is frequently used on stud farms as equine aphrodesiac. If you add a drop of Marvel Mystery Oil to you #2 pencil before taking the SAT, you will automatically score 1600. The secret ingredients of Marvel Mystery Oil may or may not include: albino rhinoceros musk gland, extract of Tibetan eunuch, and actual DNA material from the Shroud of Turin. The fall of Rome, the demise of the Ottman Empire, and disappearance of the pre-Columbian Toltecs share one common explanation: they did not have Marvel Mystery Oil. In the late 1990's, Marvel Mystery Oil was introduced in the San Francisco, Chicago and St Louis markets. The significance? Ask Barry Bonds, Sammy Sosa and Mark McGuire.
Goes great with fish or steak! I hafta say that PB Blaster is some killer mystery fluid too. Freed my stuck valves from 57 years of grime and sludge.
Best air tool oil ever. Put in a couple of drops before you put your air tools away, pull the trigger a couple of times with the air hooked up and they will last forever. Frank
I change oil in my flathead frequently and typically use a quart of MMO in the first change before the season when real driving gets under way. i leave it in, no need to run a few days and drain out. Even with a full flow oil filtering set up I believe the MMO enhances the dino. Dan
