I'm glad to see him doing sutff to the old Iacanno digger. Its got to be one of the best diggers from the day, It was slick and quick, and its providing me with the inspiration for a one day project for the salt. i wonder what the wheelbase of this piece of history is..... HhhMmmm.
I met him years ago when he made a Hot Rod video. He told me it took alot of effort to make it but it's a really good video...
Good, Cuz last time I looked, I had two nuts & a bolt, If I didn't have them I'd be in trouble . Do you know where you're daughters are tonight - I'll let ya know what Pat says. Kevin
The person that actually shot that was Robert Katilla, along with Pat, he had a wicked steel Deuce roadster in dark blk/gray primer with Kelseys, slicks, hemi powered & ran Neal East's old interior out of the Doane car. See the 1st R&C with Re-pete & Jake on the cover with slime-fire & the scrub tub-pre-jake-o-pouge. It was featured in the back of the issue & is featured in the video with a 15 yr old Billy Ganahl driving on El Mirage flat out! He later sold it & moved to Denver. Really haven't heard or seen him since he sold it in like 91. Saw the car though cruising around the Long Beach Hi-Po swap not long after. I think the guy was a $$$ bucker!!!!! Robert used to shoot all of the skater videos for Tony hawk & stuff.
Pat published a letter of mine concerning the Art Ingels roadster, which was missing back in '93. I think I saw it on another HAMB thread restored, too bad Kevin Lee hasn't shot a feature on it yet.Hint,Hint! Pat,Gray,Rizz,Senter,Bryan and Terry Cook were/are some of my favorite Automotive journalists!
