    1938 Chevrolet Pickup Truck

This truck is too well put together to call a rat rod but is more of a fully built frame with a patina cab. It was well thought out and has very good proportions and stance.

The frame is a modified 38 from the cab forward and from the cab back it is all tubular with an integrated roll bar and door bars that go through the bed and cab the entire frame was coated in spray can truck bed liner. The suspension is a dropped I beam front with a transverse leaf spring and friction shocks, ford rear end with quarter elliptical springs and conventional shocks.

Chevy 350 engine that was inspected and cleaned up, no leaks no issues. Custom headers and air cleaner. Camaro Bog Warner 5 speed with correct bell housing to mate the 2.

Brakes are Ford drums all around all rebuilt with a custom Wilwood pedal and dual master cylinder setup. Pedal setup also includes the hydraulic master for the clutch. All brake lines are custom braided lines from front to back. Wheels are Ford steel wheels with Coker Bias Ply tires for the right look.

Body is an original cab that has been channeled over the frame, complete bed and hood are all custom and completely removable with Zues fasteners. The entire body was cleared in a satin clear to make it stay in its current state not get anyone dirty. All gl*** is new, windows roll up and down, windshield opens on custom mount and cowl vent works. Seats are custom aluminum air craft seats with Mexican blanket covered cushions. The cab floors were also coated in spray can truck bed liner.

Wiring is a all new harness and fuse block from Speedway Motors as are the head lights and tail lights. Gauges are out of a Jaguar and are all converted to work with the V8.

Fuel tank is under the bed and a custom made aluminum take with all new hoses and lines.
