Lake style header baffles

On the advice of 60's Style to post this question on the main board, I'm trying to find the tech article on building baffels for lakes headers.
Yes, I did a search in the tech archives. No grumbling please, just direct me to the article.

That's what i used.Volkswagon baffles for a stinger pipe.
