Hi, newbie needs help with ram rod

Hi all, I have a rookie question. I have been gathering the components for a while for my hurst ram rod shifter and I'm not sure which levers to get for my Muncie m20. I also don't know what bushings are the right ones either. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance!
