So it's a brief story but I scored a new engine. SUPER CHEAP but I can't ID the blower. Any help... Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
There's too much light in your garage. Please close the windows so we can see the pics better. Also, cover more stuff up with blankets to make us test our tactile senses more.
Well, since we are playing "what's behind door #3?", this is just a guess, but does that block have water jackets? Any means to mount a flywheel on the back? Kinda looks like maybe you bought an old Donovan alky motor...but thats just what it looks like, based on an under-exposed, partial peek under a dirty blanket....
It's just junk, I'm on my way to come clean up your garage for you! No charge it's my Christmas gift to you! "Just because you can put tap shoes on an elephant doesn't mean it can dance!"
Thank you all for the photography lesson. The pictures came from the neighbor who knows nothing about cars. I didn't want to disrupt what she had going on and disrespect her. It was a DEAL!!!! the block I know is a Donavan. Thanks for the info on the blower. The owners name is Russel Romick. Any info on him?? Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Previous owner. I didn't know if anyone hear of him and knew if he was a driver or mechanic Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Let me see, blower with injector hat; hemi block with head studs, gear drive, blower hub and no water pump, hemi rocker cover and zoomies. I'd be happy with a score like that!
Hi, I am wondering what you did with this? I have been thinking of one for an altered I am building. If it is for sale please let me know. Thanks Peter
Its only on its second year! You never know what might be waiting, like a 70's race engine that has not moved for years.
