Well done, I'd say not the easiest edition of the show he has done.

I was sleep deprived for years when Jay had the Tonight show and haven't watched it three times since he left it.

Jay seems very down-to-earth, not afraid to get his hands dirty working on his cars or drive any of them. I really appreciate all that he's done for the hobby over the years.

I watch his show it's very good and informative and no drama like most of the other shows on TV

Exactly. Can't stand the knuckle draggers on all those shows. They'll weld with a sleeveless shirt on, then wear a knitted ski hat in the 110 degree summer, nearly fist-fight about who spilled someone else's coffee. No than-Q!!

Besides, I work in the business, and I've built fake things for people to "find" on some of those "reality" tv shows....

This post does raise an interesting question....the guy dies and the widow has the car for sale with Leno's help. What do you think will happen to your ride when you croak? My two will go to my children, both of whom are adults, both want my cars, my daughter wants my 36 cause it was her dad's, my boy wants my roadster cause it's cool. I know my cars will live on, long after me.

Nice piece by Jay. He didn't have to do that of course.

Glad to see a decent guy is truly a event guy. Kudos to Jay.

As a person who has worked for my share of unappreciative garage owners, it is VERY REFRESHING to see a shop owner who RESPECTS and ENJOYS his employees. Then goes above and beyond to help the family of a long time loyal employee. Very nice in deed Jay Leno. Joe

I've always thought Leno was a standup guy this shows it. I met Bob back in 05 when I toured Lenos. He was a very knowledgeable guy about the cars there and very friendly.
