  1. Another beautiful NW car, this really made an impression on the teenage me! Gary Parham is still building and racing, reads the HAMB sometimes! The car was RED!
    AND FAST.

    Looks like Bruce Geislers 200 mph Bonneville coupe "Hanky Panky" same # too.

    NHRA has a noise abatement agreement with the City of LaVerne. I lived 10 miles north of the track for years and could hear the Winternatonals from home, no problem. 'Course I enjoyed the noise...

    Any idea what the car weighed? 1.5 liters is small for a straight eight. Must have had thimbles for pistons.
