This is a shot of an air cleaner lid that has some unique hand painted designs, the entire machine is pinstriped in the traditional way, but for some reason these lids seem to be trying to tell me a story.....what do you read? I see the Christian fish symbol, and wishbone with the letters JC? Jesus Christ? several other symbols...any thoughts?

That looks like a Triumph. First line should read "you shall put it the oil in to the beast, and as the week p***eth, thou shalt find this oil on thy garage floor."
The left image looks to be hair stuff, possibly Jerry Curl (JC), then the comb, then a slug, then,.... ..well, treat it like a Rorschach.
