Forcast looks crazy this weekend for Texas and with it changing daily I figured I better put alittle shelter over my head so it dont spoil my weekend. Also got rid of the baby blue decklid and the grey primer grill too. Adds alittle better touch too it in my opinion. Also got he finned valve covers installed. Now just finish the door latches and I am ready to head out Thursday for the Roundup. Heres the pics

Glad to see you got the VC in time.

Looks like it is ready to rack up a couple hundred miles this weekend!

Thanks everyone. Latches are done, I went srock with them. No problem on the passenger side but the drivers side I had to rebuilt the jamb area. Finished that up last night, made a bracket for the 30 license plate, mounted the valve covers w breathers, fixed the small water leak, drilled some holes in the generator mount, and cleaned up my 4 month mess alittle. Cant wait to get to the Roundup.

  10. Man I really like that car. My first roadster was a 31 on 32 rails with a nailhead.

You put quite an effort into getting that car done in a short amout of time. You are an insperation to lots of builders out there.

Hope you have a safe and trouble free trip to the round up.

Does this mean you're "done" and ready to go? A day and a half EARLY? Rad!

Now go get some sleep! :D

No still got to put the chrome generator, tip off the radiator, greese everything, rain x the windshield, (inside and out) and do some packing

What a concept, a 31 on 32 with nailhead...I should build one of those :D
