it was built by Richie Willett of Willett Coachworks

    heres some info from Peterson.........
"Noted East Coast Hot rod builder Richie Willett crafted this striking speedster using rare original speed equipment and a highly modified FORD model T touring car body mounted on a custom fabricated ch***is.Designed in an art deco style ,it is powered by a specially prepared 1933 Ford model C four -cylinder engine equipped with dual Winfield carburetors.Other creative touches include a custom engineered rear suspensionand in board rear brakes to reduce unsprung weight and improve handling."

I know it's not, but the stretched T looks like it could be a Willett/Posies collaboration with two guys going off the deep end. If some is good, more is better, and too much is just enough.
