Some pictures just have that "this would be a fun car to build" look to them. Don't know anything about this coupe.....maybe someone can fill us in, but it sure looks like a good start.
It think this pic is from the nationals in Louisville. Reisinger is from Evansville Indiana I believe and built the give away car for '16 (all this from my old memory). Don't know about the car other than the obvious. Maybe a customer car or something they are building to sell.
Take an artistic eye, a bunch of talent, lots of free time and a pile of old car parts and if you have a good amount of stick-to-it-ness, you could end up with a slick little roadster like this one!
Me too.....but I personally would have used some of Henry's wishbones. No chop is user friendly and looks great too!
Here are two unchopped coupes. The one first posted and another I lifted from HAMB, don't know who's it is. But the frame matching the body color makes the blue one look taller. Don't it ? Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
I believe he was talking about the blue unchopped highboy coupe in his post rather than **** Patterson's chopped and channeled coupe. Mick
Yes, for some reason the pic of the blue coupe didn't open before I posted, but now it does. The biggest difference is the height and the width of their rear tires.
Love this car. Grafted in a well crafted way: '59 Pontiac hood, tail light panel, and dash; along with other traditional touches like custom bumpers in a 32 Ford. Beautiful.
Here's a couple of Hilton coupes. If this doesn't inspire, I don't know what will [emoji41] I still think the frame color matching the body makes the body look taller. I get the wheel/ tire size. Here's one of my favorites, @Car doc's 32 coupe And this one Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
