front view.JPG side.JPG rear quarter view.JPG another photo, this time all the bits so far laid out in relation to each other but not lined up (just sitting on a 2by4 in the attic) another reason not much gets done on it

Here's my narrowed 49 Merc dash that was really rotten, still needs some work but I'm pretty happy with how it fits and looks in the 47.[IMG][IMG][IMG]

Really nice! Debating putting this one in my '53 Chevy pickup or maybe the '26 Chevy roadster. It's a '55 Studebaker Speedster dash. 100_0862.jpg

I've got an active build thread for my 37. (Not your average 37 Chevy build)

A few more years in the woods and she would have been "gone like desoto's"

I've been working my self up into a nervous wreck thinking about how I'm going to fix the body on my project, but compared to most of these cars I should consider my self pretty lucky.

At least 1/2 of the cars on the HAMB are built out of stuff we would no have even looked at in the early 60s. I take my hat off to the se builders with BALLS!

That was the largest piece I had. The roof is off of a 5w, door skins are from the sedan, and the cowl was just a cowl I had. Rear quarter tops are actually pieces from fenders, and the body line on the quarter was made by converting a punch press into a makeshift power hammer, and pounding it out of a piece of sheet metal.if you look behind the car there is a pile of left overs from pieces I cut to make it.

Started with some quarters off a river bank, a roof from pinstriper40, a deck lid from mr.chevrolet, some doors from eBay, a mangled 2 door sedan from a field, and a frame from another field. IMG_20170402_174421735.jpg 20171012_200106.jpg 20171210_154007.jpg
