Discussion in 'Traditional Hot Rods' started by ingo, Jan 7, 2017.

  1. ...does anybody know if the Windshield (Frame) of the Cabover Truck is the same like the 40´s Halfton Truck?
I need a P***engerside Windshield frame for my 1947 Ford Cabover it´s probably hard to find, so i wonder if the halfton trucks windshield will fir?

    thanks

  3. Coe is 2 seperate pieces as you know already, but regular cabs are one single windshield ***embly. I'm sure with some work you could cut off the half you need and fill in the end and make new pivots etc. The coe also has small stainless pieces to finish the corners that if you want would be difficult to find.

  4. 1940´s halfton regular cab has 2 piece windshields, but you´re right too...the later truck has one piece.

  5. Like those COE's......
