That looks like a scoop for a 66/67 427 vette? Maybe modified a little.

First off I must tell you that your avatar is great and my kids always look forward to when you have the special or seasonal ones up.

My wife loves Falcons. I dont know who took this shot or would give credit to them ...sorry:eek:.
But I believe it was from Bowling Green. I saved it from a few years ago as She thought this was one nice clean Falcon. It is very nice and looks like it has some amenities to make it more street comfortable.

Great pics by all here Good luck with your project and keep us posted.
    thank you

Love, 'em, love 'em, love 'em! If you're going to do a g***er, just be a man and put a real four gear in it. Nothing like a high winding small block with a four speed.
I need to find another early sixties Dart, or better still, Valient, to put a 273 or even 340 in, and go do battle!

Thanks. You did great work. The engine is almost there. I'm using the Ford Sportsman III 351W block with a FPS 418 stroker, Trick Flow "R" heads and MSD stuff with a C-4. I ended up with a new CM 10 point cage. My friend built a *****in push bar for car. I have the paint blue with metal flake, just waiting for the painter to get down here.

It's pretty, but it's like Pro Street with a solid axle. I dig the radiused wheel wells and tires stickin out the side.

FWIW, that is a '67 427 Corvette scoop, top only. All '63-'67 Corvettes had the "stinger" bulge down the center of the hood which is what's missing here--the "stinger" bulge would come forward from the opening and come to a point ahead of the hood on a '67 427 Vette. These 'top only' versions were available from just about every fibergl*** scoop manufacturer 25+ years ago.
