Started making window templates, not to sure how tight they should fit. Seems that the doors widen out just 1/8 inch or so as the template slides down. When I roll the thing down its binding, not sure if the glass will do the same, or I'm not doing something correct. Seems pretty straight forward though. If the glass is cut too small it can bind when rolling up or down. And when you have the glass cut have them in polish the edges. It will make the glass slide easier in the glass channel. Carful tightening the rear garnish moulding when the glass in in there. I found out the hard way, tightened a screw a little too much the next day the glass cracked.
