Hot Rods 241 Hemi in a 34 5w coupe

I was wondering if anyone knew if a 241 Hemi would fit in a 1934 5w and allow use of the hood sides? Thanks in advance..

 

A friend had a 241 Hemi in his 32 cpe and ran stock hood sides..

 

The 241 will fit but the 315/325 require modification to several of the louvers(32 pictured).....
