***SOLD*** 327 Chev Short Block, Steel Crank, Stock Rods, Balanced, .040" over TRW Info: Casting # 3858180 (64-67 327 2 Bolt) Casting Date # C36 (March 1966) Pistons # L2166N .040" I ran this for 1 year in my Dragster on Gas before I built a Blown Alcohol Engine for it. It has approximately 75 p***es on it from when it was freshly machined and balanced. It has been stored in my heated Shop since about 1990 I pulled #1 Main Cap & #1 Rod Cap to look and it still looks good. It is really dirty from me using it as mock up Engine for building my Hot Rod frame. I believe it could be taken apart, cleaned and re-***embled without changing any parts. The price reflects a good core 327", so if you can clean it up and re-use everything it becomes a pretty good deal. It's Dirty, but is a good piece.
