From what I can tell it's a 4160, but having a really hard time finding out any more than that. the date code is "913", which means it's a 1969 issue carb. The list# is 3139-1, and there is a "3874898-ER" at the top of the ID number string. Don't know whether it's 600 or 750 cfm?
Holley list 3139 is 1965 1966 Chevrolet and Chevelle 396 350 or 360 horse...the date 913....means it was made in 1969...January..3rd week. So its a service dated carb most likely bought over the Chevy parts counter..
Engineered for the low performance 1965 396, what was that, 325 HP? Holley info shows it being 585 cfm.
It doesn't have a 1965 1966 date code. It has a 1965 1966 part number with a 1969 date code. Big difference value wise when it is service dated. Even properly dated ones aren't worth that much...
Holley shows the gasket kit as 37-331. Primary jets #68, secondary plate is a 34BP2007-17, power valve is an 85. The gasket set number is old, if it's no longer valid then I'm sure any rebuild kit for a 4160 will be fine, and as far as that 85 pv goes depending on your engine combination you might want one with a lower value.
$500-$1000 if the carb has been restored to new condition and have the right date code. This is a service replacement carburetor used for many applications. Make sure your check for base plate cracks around the PVC fitting.
