could i do a wooden body , my school im going to next year doesnt have metal shop , but has a kick ass wood shop ,soo could it be done , even a small little ditty

There is a guy here on the board that has some WAY old Cad I think....anyways the body is SHOT, so he's fabbing up this wooden version.

It was on the post about who has the oldest car on the Hamb or something.....if I get bored, I'll look it up for ya.

some in portland must have a photo of "Knotty) an all wood 32 ford roadster great proportions, I have some but not on this computer.

I don't think you could do much in one semester, prove me wrong!

 

It can be done, there is a ferrari f50 all wood i saw pictures of. in venice. another guy in norway or finland built a wooden body to form his panels around, used an audi for a parts car.

 

Here's my mock up.Cedar and mahogany.Gonna glass it soon.

 

I dare you to put a chainsaw motor in it....
