Great wallpaper of 'Winged Express'

A couple of guys from Street Machine magazine were at the Fuel & Gas Finals when the Express crashed. There is a great photo on their website. Pretty sure it's from the last run.

click which resolution you want, then right click the picture and choose save as. then open up the program 'Paint' if you have it. then open up the file that you just saved. use the rectangle select tool, only select the image minus the banner and click edit- copy. then go file - new and then edit - paste and it will be the image minus banner. then just save over the previous image that includes banner...

 

Yeah, I know. They've got to get their free advertising in somehow.

 

Blasted Aussies, who let them steal that awesome pic of Harrys A Tudor(the red one in that set of wallpapers) -it looks like the pic was taken up on the Port Hills in Christchurch New Zealand, awesome awesome pic....
And that blue 'cuda another Christchurch New Zealand car...

 

Yeah.. we featured them last year. Might be Kiwi cars, but it was an Aussie photographer (Cristian Brunelli) that took the pics (of Harry's car at least).

Gotta give it to you Kiwis, you sure do build nice cars. Must be due to the amount of time you spend in Australia on the dole.

Also the burnout vids....... you guys know how to do REAL burnout contests!! Frickin' awesome!!!!!!

 

Aussies have truly turned the burnout into an artform. Even the cars are becoming more and more purpose built to cope. They sit on the rev limiter for 2-3 minutes (or until both rear tyres pop!)

It's kinda like drifting but with ****loads more smoke and none carry-on about corners and racing.

The Summernats is where the best of the best fight it out. I'm kind of over it after half a dozen cars, but some guys sit there all day getting covered in rubber and ****.
