Art & Inspiration super shiney homemade "Hurst" style engine mount, Rex approved

    finally (in my opinion) finished polishing the mount I made awhile ago. It was 10 separate pieces of aluminum, welded by my friend Dave and approve by the family Chihuahua Rex.

    I don't know why, but I love the imperfections of home-made parts. Kind of like a grandma hand quilted blanket over a machine made perfectly sewn one. it's kinda like art to me....
