  4. Flop you have great skills and a good eye. As a auto painter I would love to get cars of this detail to start with. Especially for a black nitrocellulose paint job. Since acrylic lacquers weren't developed untill the 1950s I would love to shoot it with nitro. And if it is being built as a 30s40s era car it would just add the cherrys on top. I hope we get to see this car in it's done form. Get back to work now. Chop chop.

  8. Here is my first car, 1934 coupe - for one of his next metal mastery projects . . . this is how I brought it out from SoCal about 10 years ago. It will now have the custom frame I built about 5+ years ago . . . mothballed since (for blown 392 Hemi and all that jazz). I can't wait for him to lower the lid on this sucker a bit - not as hard of a chop as the 32, more like the 555 coupe.

Why was I always under the impression that these bodies were shipped fully assembled?

Admire your talents, skills, not that many craftsmen of your level around IMO. Wishing you the best with your business and getting the deserving rewards ($$$) of your efforts.

  28. You can get them fully assembled, but they don't come perfect and still need a lot of work. And if you don't have body shaping skills, then you buy them unassembled and have flop make them perfect. You can see what flop has to do to them to make them perfect. Once he chops the piss out if it, it's now perfect.:D:)
