1952-59 Ford A&W wallpaper mural

    This was posted on another forum a guy with his family ran across an A&W and took this picture it is a little fuzzy but I aw 56.jpg think us Ford guys will enjoy it.

    Oddly enough, we have a dealer here that is named All American Ford.

    I've seen that mural in A&W's I've stopped at in Mi. and Nv.

    Also seen it at Mickey D's, usually in a Walmart.

    If you're asking about the car, it's a '56 going by the hood ornament and grille. Also, the "bumble bee" color scheme was '56 only IIRC.

    The A&W in Mason Michigan has or had that mural on their wall a few years ago. Dan that's probably where you saw it? We used to go over there quite a bit, just down the street from Spartan Speedway.

    Yea Ron that's the one I used to stop at. The one in Boulder City I stop isn't anyway near as cool as the one in Mason but they try.

    I think '55s also had 'bumble bee' black & yellow combination. years before I got my '56, I looked at a '55 convertible that was black & yellow. Asking $175 for it, too much for me at the time. Probably 1967ish.
