im from paso, and there hasnt been any changes to the rules. the cops here actually are getting better. the fine used to be somewhere around $250 if you were usinf flamethrowers. and they only pull you over if you are doing something unsafe. there are families out there too. but the show isnt going anywhere.

 

well maybe the Fire Deparment? has a problem with cars on fire !!! like that one on saturday morning right on the middle of the show!!!!! lol
