Something quite simple caught my attention in this add. ( Henry Ford parts ) Something most hamb members have on their hotrod. Be it a $2K jalopy or a show stopper. I have no idea if the asking price of the car itself is acceptable. 320000 British Pounds for a 1924 Bentley body on a 1950 Bentley ch***is with a straight 8. But why those cheap Ford parts ? They stick out like dogs balls. Anyhow who can spot them ?
At today's shop rates it would take all that to create it, ***uming you spent a quarter of that on the parts and raw material needed. That doesn't mean it's value is equal to the sum of it's parts and labor. We'd all be wealthy or unable to afford a Stromberg 97 were that the case. As to the use of Model A tail lamps, yeah, tacky...
