some people have all the luck. I saw one of those in person one time, it was at a rest area in the back of a peterbilt on a flatbed. Looked awfully heavy. I asked the driver if he'd sell it to me, as I had a pocket full of cash just waiting for one of these, but he said he was hungry and only wanted to trade for food. So then I went into the bathroom, looking for a vending machine (as I figured some doritoes and a pack of gum would be suitable), but there was none to be found. So then I went out to the semi and explained the situation to the driver, but he became angry with my lack of sustinance for him. Before I knew it the driver pistol whipped me and I woke up in a puddle of his urine. I have since decided that it is a good idea to carry a sandwich in your pocket, you never know when you can trade food for one of those.
Damn, wish I would have heard this a year or so ago. I've been carrying a hot cup of soup for this exact situation, never even thought about a sandwich. Thanks for the info and laugh. Mootz
Dawg, If you found it on Northern Lights Blvd. it might be mine. Or was that on the Seward Hwy. Hell I really can't remember, after leaving Toke evry thing is a blurr. But I really need it. Do you take PayPal? If not I can meet you at Carrs and get some money out of the ATM. All I know is I woke up in Deadhorse freezing my balls off and it was gone!
Just so you don't claim the one found on Burnside or the other one up the top of Russian Rd. Those are probably mine, and one should be pretty rusty I lost it in '69.
I got a blue one X. Its real small, but hey what do you expect for cheap Found it under the seat of my new truck
It may yours then I found it laying at the intersection of Muldoon and the Glenn... not too fer from where the Crazy Horse 2 used to be. Let me know and I will send it to you. How was you able to make it down the Alcan without it. **** sometimes Canadian customs won't let you through the border with out one. Dawg
