I had some generic blue loc tight tip over and leak out in a tool box, when I found it, it had dried and bonded to a shotgun choke tube. I've tried a couple different solvents, break cleaner etc, and so far nothing has touched it, I don't want to use too hard of a gasket scraper or wire brush for fear of screwing up the threads. Anybody have any suggestions?

  5. Heat always works for me. If you can get it hot enough it will just wipe off
