A guy the lives in my neighborhood has had this truck sitting in his front yard as long as I've lived in the area and I finally stopped by to ask about it as it had a 4-sale sign in it. This property used to be a farm and this truck was the old farm truck. Well, when I asked how much he wanted for it he said if I hauled it away I could have it. Well I have a couple of questions about it, first I forgot to ask what year it was, so what year is it? And second, I heard that these old Ford cabs are the same size and will fit on smaller truck frames, is this true?
Man if you loose those wheels your Crazy!!!!!! Put it on a half ton but make adapters to run those wheels
guy accross the road just put one on ranger extra cab ch***is said it fit like factory. don't know what that means.
looks like a beauty, not sure on the frame fit issues for fords of those years ..but you can make it fit on anything you want...
The truck is a 1952. 52's have the block letters spelling ford on the panel below the hood, whereas 51's have the Ford name in the trim on the front of the hood.
The truck liiks like a '52. On these old trucks the cabs were the same, but the fenders were different to accomodate larger tires. Great justification to run large tires jwvonl
