Man Jamey, I wish I had half of your talent. I bought two of your cd's, the art roll set and table for my Mittler Brothers bead roller. And I am still having trouble seeing where I am bead rolling and knowing where to stop bead rolling.

Brady , I had the same problem . One thing I did is put a light over the area of the rollers . I also relocated my control closer to where I'm working so I can change my speeds easier. And most important put in a lot of hours of practice .
If you ever get a chance to go to one of JJs cl***es it's well worth the time and money . If it is at Mittler's ,you will be treated right and you will have new friends . Mike and Pam are great people and treat everyone like family. Blue

Now you guys really got me wanting one, or find some one to be pretend friends with so I can borrow their tools.
I've been thinking up of ways to do door panels for my 47, and I think that would look pretty cool....maybe polish raised areas for that chrome trim look.

Yesterday, I made a 42" pizza pan. Not really, it's just the first phase of some fender extensions for my '53 Ford COE with a Grumman cargo box. The tank roller dies from Hoosier Profiles work great ! IMG_7655.JPG IMG_7657.JPG IMG_7667.JPG IMG_7666.JPG

    Marty,
What a great idea. I made some wheel tubs with a plywood hammer form. They turned out alright, but I wish I would have thought of doing it with the bead roller.
And if you needed a half ellipse instead of a half circle, that would work also.

I'd pay money just to sit in the corner of your shop and watch you work.

Blue, It's coming along nicely, trying to get it on the road by mid May. A friend gave me a pair of Convoy ramps for the construction of the car carrier for inside the box. I am working on the fender extensions today. Thanks for your interest.

Bruce, All you have to do is board a plane, train, or bus, and come on out ! I do have a secret agenda, I am still working on the Pat Warren rear axle, got some 2" ID Arbor shims on the way. Thanks Buddy !
