Clark, you got my heart to pounding (which is good thing for a guy recovering from triple-byp***!) when I saw that picture of the '57 Cad. That is the exact car that I had in high school. Well, actually, I shared it with my older brother. He bought the car, I paid for the insurance. It was such a cool ride. I've been a Caddy man ever since.
Clark, your my hero... able to spend three days going home and not having to bust *** to get home has to be a great thing.. Its always full throttle each way...
Great story and pix. Looks like you guys had a great time, love those old towns, too few remaining ! What's the scoop on the '53? Chev convert?
Sanford and Son strike again! Whew...what a great time in Texas! I'd like to thank Reggie and the Dirty's for the garage crawl and cruise. Congress...that was a ball. The Roundup was a great show and the open houses what can I say. Thanks for putting on one hell of an event. Jr.
Clark, really enjoyed meeting you and your wife. Glad you enjoyed Austin and made it by the shop. You're welcome in Austin any time. John Joyo...
Rolf...not sure what was up with that car. Most of them are for sale. Seems like his price for most cars was $3000. JunkieVonJoyo....I wish I had my camera on Thursday. I really liked your guy's shop. More pics Jr! Clark
Clark, I couldn't see the wheels on your in most everybody else's pictures, me likey the Lincoln caps. It take a surprisingly deep wheel to run them huh?
That's funny as hell, Senor Gregory is a good friend of ours...opened this post and was thinking, "How the **** did he get to Texas?" Wish I had known you guys were coming through Roanoke, we could have grilled lunch at the shop or something.
Clark, It was great to meet you and Jr and Big A and the ladies. Your truck and Jr's coupe were EVERYWHERE! No trailers or RVs for the PA crew. Glad you made it home safe. -JB
It was good to hang with the So-what crew again. Twice in one month! I am spoiled. We will have to definitely do it again this year sometime.....and thanks for being "my people". It isn't easy you know. Ha Ha Ha I also wish that we had time to stop along the way. 69 though Oklahoma was just loaded with junk too.
