Just run a Drop Line down to the ground and let it find it's level. run mostly LS stuff so no issues with pushing water.

Plastic Svedka vodka bottle zip tied to the radiator support with a hole for the hose in the lid. :D Lippy

Mine's nothing special. A piece of aluminum electrical conduit with end caps tigged in and the whole thing turned in a lathe. The compression fitting on top is drilled out so that the tube goes to the bottom making it a recovery system. I like to make stuff. 001.JPG

  15. On my Model A, just use a store bought stainless and had it powder coated satin black so it wouldn't be so noticeable!

I just use one of the available tube types, cuz my Brother gave it to me
for a B-Day gift. I'm not sure that I need it, but with my Flathead I want
to have the system as full as possible. Seems to work OK for the last
    several years.
I really like the canteen idea, but haven't come across one yet. I'm not fond
of the glass items. Afraid it might break.

I started using overflow container at the indoor carshows in the late 50s,it was a must have to get in. The first one I had was a polished up alum Army canteen, but then I changed to lunchbox Stainless thermose. Here it is with my new alum rad. 012.JPG

I used a combo overflow/windshield washer tank from a mid 80's ford pickup. I wanted the washer part as my 48 Olds had washers from the factory and I wanted to keep them

  30. It is OT but I am OT anyway write?

One of the local boys inherited his dad's old bike and had an urn machined that bolts to his risers. he carries his dad on every ride. I thin its a little creepy but makes him happy.

Back on topic, I got a mini keg from Super Bowl XL that I may convert to a catch can one of these days.
