Newbie doing a 56 4 Dr to 2 door conversion ,

Hey fellow gear heads ,my name is Ron and I have looked all over the net , for info. (Specs) on 2 door 56 doors I specifically am trying to find out the total length measurements of a 56 door

 

Might help if we actually knew what kind of car you are working on.

..............Yeah, I saw that after I looked at his profile page, just trying to help the guy get focused.....Not everyone will take the initiative to look up his info like you and I did.

 

Couldn't have looked too hard I'm sure you'd get your answers within minutes on Chevy Talk, a few 55-7 conversions have been documented on here too.

Thanks for the lead on going to Chevy talk, I finally figured it out by going to my buddy's shop and measured a 56 BELAIR 2 door , I just thought I was in the spot here where this kind of info would be common knowledge.
