Man, I couldn't believe how many people were there today. We got there about 8:30 and the parking lot was full and people were parking in the street. I thought that it was more to do with the nostalgia drags going on, but that wasn't it at all. There wasn't hardly anyone at the dragstrip! I spent most of my time at the races today, but it was nice to see the turn out for the swap meet I'm not sure, but think I may have spotted Patmanta there, but he disappeared before I got a chance to see for sure. Were ya there?

Yeah I got there around 8 am and had to park the 33 Chevy out behind the swap meet. This was my first time there and I was impressed with the turn out.

Very good turnout today. Talked to Gary the guy in charge of the swap meet. Says they are going to run some radio ads for the swap meet. Should get even better from here on out. I did not see Pat Manta.
I set up today to sell, usually get there at like 7am with plants of spots left...I arrived at 6:45 and there were like 3 spots left. The fella parking cars tried to put me outside the gate where the food vendor was. He eventually found a spot inside. But yes, it was packed today, saw lots of good old ford parts and a good mix of muscle car parts...all in all a good day.
