Event Coverage SouthEast Gassers @ Shadyside

Tomorrow the SE Gassers will go at it over at ShadySide Dragway, which is less than 10 miles from where I live. Tonight was test and tune to give the guys a chance to get to know the track and make last minute adjustments. I drove over there and shot a few pics. Most of the activity was in the pits.

Thanks for posting the great shots of some really COOL Gasser's
I believe the Southern Gasser's have really opened up a whole new era for guy's that love the 60's style gasser's and to me this form of drag racing is growing the faster then what the NHRA is offering right now.

Just my opinion.

Great shots! Thanks for posting. Now that is what I call a PARTY. So many great cars and people.

 

I was there to watch and to pick up the cam and heads for my Morris Minor Gasser project.
Them boys put on a great show and really run their cars all out. Some over 9,000 rpm motors in the group. Some new cars and drivers needing to get a few bugs worked out.
If you can go see one of their shows ,you will wanting one.

 

Hope to make it to one of the events this year.
