Looks like they tried to get it going as the Vertex condition does not match the rest of the engine and car. A bit overpriced IMHO and lots of body work ahead! There was a 1939 Cheby coupe on that website some time ago that had a crate 409 in it, much better condition and providence. Of course it cost a little more but you'd save $$ in the end. I think he was a HAMber.
