The Bombshells 8th Anniversary Party & Car Show - A Night of Booze Broads and Hot Rods w/ Marti Brom (TX), The Chop Tops (Santa Cruz), Bottom Dwellers (Sacramento), 1/4 Mile Combo (Santa Rosa), Revival Revue (Santa Rosa) + VENDORS & all day car show ALL AGES!
Show starts at 1pm @ Thee Parkside 1600 17th & Wisconsin, San Francisco, CA

Car show is FREE & All Ages
$15 cover charge ($5 off if you enter your car in the show)
This show will sell out so get there early. OH and did I mention FREE BEER???

Maybe you could come by at night? Just a thought. If you do and they tell you it's sold out ask for Rachelle and I'll get you in. Last year we sold out before the music even started at 6pm since the car show starts at 1pm. The bands will be playing well past midnight so if you arent too tired it will be a damn fun time. Hope you can make it out!

 

Sounds like a cool event How many cars do you expect?

Thee Parkside is up the street from Bottom of the Hill right?

 

I'm in and will either bring the '60 Caddy or '60 Chevy wagon, depending on what's feeling best that day.

Hopefully some folks from SJ will ride up together...

eek hard to say... last year we filled a city block and it started over flowing quite a bit. I remember people had to repark to make more room for others.

 

Yeah it's a couple blocks away. You can see it from thee Parkside.

 

I know a lot of the Road Zombies are planning on coming since Woody is w/ Tanya who is a member. Also, some of the Weird-O's (Custom Shop guys that won the Billetproof custom competition a couple yrs back) usually come out.

 

i'll be there, but it is too late in the day to run the T, maybe i get a hotel or somethin'...

 

Yeah I don't blame ya! haha check www.hotels.com for cheap places to stay. LET ME KNOW which one you are thinking of staying at. God KNOWS I don't want anyone staying in the Tenderloin, Mission, Folsom etc. There are a lot of bad areas in SF and I don't want something to happen to your car.

 

Sound like its going to be a kick ass show what is the cut off year for the car show?

 

pre-65 but if you bring a 65 or 66 I'll still let you in as long as it's not a damn mustang (shudders) haha

 

i think a few of the guys from the club are going. I know we handed out some of the flyers at the last meeting.

 

me and my wife will be there and im sure most of the club will be, as well as the san jose guys!

I don't post much here, I did an intro a while back...

But I would like to say that I am the one putting on the Charity show in Vacaville, it is for the highschool metal shop, and I have a pretty large turnout of peopel that are coming, well alot of people have the plan of after my show is over about 4pm, everyone was going to head up to the bay area to see the bands and such...is there a way they could all get in the show?? maybe if they tell you that they were at the vacaville show?? because that would be cool, being able to hit both shows, but first coming out and supporting our highschool show, then going up to finnish the night with some partying!!

it sucks the shows fell on the same day, but this is the onl yweekend we have to do our show and it has been planned for about 9 months now...

Good Luck to you and your show, I will def. try and make it out later at night, even if I don't get in, just to hangout with some freinds and such!!

I would love to help you guys out but I'm afraid the car show parking is first come first serve. The guys are going to be parking at noon and the show starts at 1 so there's no way I could hold spots. I think last year the car show parking was full at 3 or so so who knows. If you guys are all coming down in one big pack why don't you call my cell upon arrival so I can check out the parking situation. If you bring a pre-65 car you get $5 off your ticket so it's worth that at least.

 

I'll be there with my Chevrolegs (no car) but I do know of alot of Sacramento guys that are comming though.
