    1. what gaskets do I need to put chopped car front glass back in?
    2. I assume it is possible to omit front and rear wing windows on a four door and go with one piece window?
    3. What do I need to make it work without w/windows besides glass?
any prior links or any assistance would be greatly appreciated

For gaskets use a stock gasket cut down and glued together with krazy glue. You can eliminate the center post by making the glass a little wider so it butts together, and seal the seam with clear sealer. This is an old Kustom trick from the fifties.

For the doors you will have to relocate the front channel that the glass slides in, and make suitable glass.

I just spent the last few weeks installing all the chopped glass in my '50. Just last week we did the front windshield. I made a cardboard template leaving 1/8" in the center to fill with black 3M bedding compound. The back window was laid as stock into the new chop angle. I made template for the rear side 1/4 glass, door glass and the wing windows. I can provide pics of specifics if necessary .For now I have in my file the windshield pics. Also a pic of the vertical center rubber I cut out from the stock weatherstripping.
