Event Coverage 2017 Stray Kat 500 Photo Highlights

The trip to and from Dewey, Oklahoma for the annual Stray Kat 500 is over and again it was so worth it to go. Although the lighting for most of it was a little too un cloudy for me, the weather was otherwise perfect and there was an incredible turnout of incredible cars and great people. I always have such a good time down there. Each year (my fifth) I say that "it can't get any better" but Mick and the rest of the Kats somehow manage to prove me wrong! The "500" remains at the top of my "to do" list each year, I am already looking forward to 2018.
Dan, it was nice to finally meet you in person and I look forward to seeing your pictures.

Yes I am John - my first time. The first 2 years, it was on the same day as Custom Car Revival. This year it is a week later and I am going to it as well, which means I will be hard pressed to get the images done from both of them.

Thanks Dan, It's an Honor to be included in your group of Photos. There were many fine cars at Dewey and we "Preciatcha". This was our first 500 and we had a fantastic time. We will be there next year, God willing! Mick, Travis, Jen, Ron Myer( he striped the '46) Rat Roy( he made the "Driven Award" that we received) Alan, Kim, and all the other StrayKats really make a stranger feel welcome.
