Technical sbc camshaft i.d.?????

Pulled this cam from a box and not sure of the specs. Only number on the end is 965506. Of course other numbers on the body are casting/foundry #s. Any idea or info appreciated. Thanks, Paul.

 

This is the camshaft blank number. There should be a brand name and grind number on one end of the camshaft.

You have one of those few camshafts without any identifying numbers. We would do this for certain customers at their request. You will need to retrieve the specifications with a degree wheel and dial indicator or send the camshaft to someone that can profile it with an electronic device.

 

...But how can they tell who ground it???
