Here is what my 54 F-100 is looking like. I like reading all the responses(good and bad) on everyone's projects so I thought I'd post these to see what'cha guys think. So far a buddy of mine pancaked the hood an 1 1/2",then we c-notched the rear and flipped the axle, roll pan and put in the 60 Chevy truck grille. got the 4" drop mono leafs for the front, waiting on the 3" dropped i-beam.Gonna re-wire it, chop it and put in 65 Impala taillights(not all six, just one per side).See ya'all at Paso!!!Thanx.

Looks cool man. The chevy grill is an interesting idea. It's unique. Gonna be a cool truck.

Yup. Gonna do a pea green with darker candy green panels, maybe lace, and do the rims with the same greens-like a sixties type fade(rims).

That truck looks awesome, nice work! how big of a chop do you plan on giving it? how long has it taken to get it to the stage its in now?
oh ya, your signature quote is sweet, harry carry from snl, i always quote that but no one gets it "if the moon was made of spare ribs would you eat it then? I know i would, i would have seconds and then i would polish it off with a tall budwieser!"

I really like the work so far, and your plans for the future sound right on.

Can't wait to see the final product.

That truck is pretty wild. I'd like to see two taillights per side, goes with the two headlights, although the taillights would be vertical. Two tone green panel paint should be wild.

Hahaha...yeah, we were gonna leave it bare metal and do the running boards and a 1" stripe around the bottom of the truck, but I decided just to paint it all.

Yes, Tony,it does need a little off the top!! Thanx for all the hours of brushing on stripper and scraping of paint!
