I somewhat remember that pics of one these Ford Dealership Model 18 / Model B ch***is demonstration scale models was posted here on the H.A.M.B.. I'm not sure if the HAMBer owned it ... or if it was in someone else's private collection ... or if it was in an Automotive Museum. Nonetheless ... Yes, it would be very cool to find one of those now!

I took the clear hood for Plexigl*** but didn't think Plexi was available before 1938 or 39. Could it be moulded gl***?
You're apparently close to right about the date of Plexigl*** being first marketed. Seems it was in 1937. The history of acrylic | Cut Plastic I don't know if there was any alternative other than actual gl*** of some sort in 1932.
Side curtains were available for open cars, the 'hood' is probably made out of whatever they used for windows in the curtains....
