I do not think I have a picture of the car but I will look. I remember seeing it at one of the early Torque Twisters picnic's the owner was Tim Young, the car was one of two or three built. I cannot remember who built them but I will ask Jerry, he knew Tim from his days of working at R&B . (Rolain & Buttera)

I could not locate a picture of the cammer rail in my stuff but I did find this picture on line. It shows the engine and stylish rectangular head lights that were on the car to make it street "legal". Note the yellow/Black Wisconsin license plate.

I remember being able to fit inside this car at the Copper Rocket in Orlando back in 2001, probably the most comfortable hot rod I ever sat in, set up just right.

  7. Probably the last update on my OT 1971 Funny Car: The car is being prepared for shipment, as we speak, hope to be delivered to me in Wisconsin next week. Ron Flood, Cedar Machine Service, North Branch, MN has been contacted to build the new 496 BBC, fortunate to have him, this project, from 46 years ago, is coming back home. I'd like to thank all you folks on the HAMB for your interest and of course my friend Chris Ito for making this dream come true!!
