image.jpeg Guys....show me what your bed cover looks like. I want to change what I currently have. I don't care for the bows under the cover.

I am interested in this too. I have been trying to design one that is lockable and lightweight.

Interesting bumper treatment, cant decide if I like it or not, but the rest of the truck looks awesome.
Roll and Lock takes up too much space at the front of the bed. I saw one recently that looked like maybe a better option, it had sections that kinda folded up towards the cab, and you are supposed to be able to pick up any section and move.

I welded angle iron rails just under the fold line, used a 3/8 piece of plywood, stretched naugahyde over it and glued it in place in a 90 degree garage. Very hot job, used contact cement, needed garage hot to stretch fabric, but it's held up twenty years. Sorry, not good pic DSC06610.JPG DSC06611.JPG DSC06612.JPG s but you get the idea, used an rv lock to hold it down. It fits in a lip on the front, rv lock on the back, so far, good to 80 mph several times.

    Trolls T,

I like that idea. I don't see the original fuel fill pipe sticking out the side of the bed. Where is your fuel cell? I have a 10 gal fuel cell in the bed up next to the cap. I have to un-snap the cover every time I fill up. I guess a fellow could make a hatch in the ply.

Thanks for all the input guys. Great looking covers. I'll need excess at the back of my cab in the center to I can fill up the fuel cell.

image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg For the mean time I bought two spray cans of vinyl paint (SEM Landau black). This product went on very easy and quick and dried vey fast in the sun. Really changed the look of the truck. The only remaining brown from when I bought the truck is the steering wheel cover. Just can't find what I want for a 17" steering wheel. Still on the hunt.
